IBEW Local 481 was chartered over 100 years ago on February 19, 1906. Since that time, we have worked hard to improve the labor conditions and standard of living for our members and the communities we work in through representation, training, and quality craftsmanship.

IBEW Local 481 has a 16-county jurisdiction, including Bartholomew, Boone, Decatur, Hancock, Hamilton, Hendricks, Jennings, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Montgomery, Morgan, Putnam, Ripley, Rush, and Shelby.
